Bombay Chicken Biryani

Bombay Chicken Biryani


Ingredients

1.)400 gm Chicken
2.)400 gm Basmati rice
3.)3 large size tomatoes(chopped)
4.) 2 Onions(chopped)
5.)2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
6.) 10-12 fresh mint leaves
7.)1/2 cup Yogurt 
8.)6 green Chilies
9.)6 tbsp cooking oil
10.)Salt as per taste
11.)1 tbsp  Red Chilli Powder powder
12.) 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
13.) 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
14.) 5 Dry Plums
15.) 1/2  tbsp cumin powder
16.)1 tbsp Coriander Powder
17.) 1/2 tbsp Yellow food colour

Method

1.)Take a cooking pot add 5 tbsp cooking oil heat for 4 minutes now add onion,ginger garlic paste,cumin ,green chilies and fry it until light brown colour appears.
2.)Then add chicken in it and cook it for 5 minutes.
3.)Now add salt,red chili powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,turmeric,tomatoes,yogurt,plums and cook  it for 15 minuted until chicken is properly cooked,now chicken gravy is ready.
4.)Take another cooking pot add water, 1 tbsp cooking oil,cumin and salt as per taste and boil it.
5.)Now add rice and cook it until rice cooked 1/4.Then stain the water from rice.
6.)Afterwards take a pot add Chicken gravy in it then 1st layer of rice add in it,again chicken gravy,then 2nd layer of rice add in it,then again all remaining chicken gravy add,now 3rd layer of rice add in it.
7.)At the top of rice add food colour,coriander leaves,mint leaves and steam it for 10 minutes.
8.)Tasty Bombay biryani is ready.
9.)Serve it with salad and raita.

Rainbow Fruit Salad

RAINBOW FRUIT SALAD

Ingredients

1.)7-8 fresh stawberries (cut into four pieces)
2.)5 kiwis peeled (cut into cubes)
3.)2 Bananas (cut into sliced)
4.)2 Mangoes (cut into cubes)
5.)10-12 Fresh Blueberries
6.)2 tbsp Honney
7.)4 tbsp orange juice
8.)1/2 tbsp chat masala

Method

1.)Take a large bowl And add Stawberries in it.
2.)Then Add Mangoes and kiwis Cubes.
3.)Cut the bananas into sliced and placed in it.
4.)Then add Fresh Blueberries at the top layer.
5.)Take a small bowl add 2 tbsp Honney,4 tbsp Orange juice,1/2 tbsp chat masala and mix it well.
6) Pour this mixture over the fruits and mix it well.
7.)Yummy Rainbow Fruit Salad is Ready Enjoy it! 😋

Mazaydar Chicken Kofta Curry

Mazaydar Chicken Kofta Curry



    Ingredients


    1.)350 gram Chicken minced
    2.)2 Onions (chopped)
    3.)2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    4.)1 tbsp whole cumin seed
    5.)1 tbsp garam masala
    6.)1 tbsp Ground Coriander
    7.)1/2 tbsp  Chili Powder
    8.)2-3 green chilies (chopped)
    9.)1/tsp Turmeric powder
    10.)1/2 tsp Salt as per taste
    11.)4 tomatoes (chopped)
    12.)1 Cup Water
    13.)3 tsp Olive Oil
    14.)2-3 tbsp Onion paste 
    15.)Some Coriander leaves chopped (for garnishing) 

    Process

    1. Take a big bowl and add  chicken, onion paste, ginger and garlic paste,  cumin seeds,   garam masala,  red chili powder,  coriander powder,  green chili, ,  turmeric powder and  salt in it and mixed well  then Make a  small balls of this mixture.
    2. Heat oil into a frying pan and add the mixture balls. Fry until golden brown appears. Once done, remove them from oil and keep them in a tray on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
    3. now take  a deep pan heat some oil. Add cumin seeds.  When cumin seeds start to sizzle add chopped onions and fry until onion starts to change color. Add ginger and garlic and stir fry for 1 minute.
    4. Now add chopped tomatoes, salt and all powdered spices. Cook until tomatoes are Like paste and start to separate from oil.
    5. Add a cup of water and  boil it. Lower the flame and add the mixture balls in it. Simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with  fresh coriander leaves chopped.
      1. Serve with Naan,Pulao or plane rice and Enjoy it. 😋
