Bombay Chicken Biryani
Ingredients
1.)400 gm Chicken
2.)400 gm Basmati rice
3.)3 large size tomatoes(chopped)
4.) 2 Onions(chopped)
5.)2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
6.) 10-12 fresh mint leaves
7.)1/2 cup Yogurt
8.)6 green Chilies
9.)6 tbsp cooking oil
10.)Salt as per taste
11.)1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder powder
12.) 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
13.) 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
14.) 5 Dry Plums
15.) 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
16.)1 tbsp Coriander Powder
17.) 1/2 tbsp Yellow food colour

Method
1.)Take a cooking pot add 5 tbsp cooking oil heat for 4 minutes now add onion,ginger garlic paste,cumin ,green chilies and fry it until light brown colour appears.
2.)Then add chicken in it and cook it for 5 minutes.
3.)Now add salt,red chili powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,turmeric,tomatoes,yogurt,plums and cook it for 15 minuted until chicken is properly cooked,now chicken gravy is ready.
4.)Take another cooking pot add water, 1 tbsp cooking oil,cumin and salt as per taste and boil it.
5.)Now add rice and cook it until rice cooked 1/4.Then stain the water from rice.
6.)Afterwards take a pot add Chicken gravy in it then 1st layer of rice add in it,again chicken gravy,then 2nd layer of rice add in it,then again all remaining chicken gravy add,now 3rd layer of rice add in it.
7.)At the top of rice add food colour,coriander leaves,mint leaves and steam it for 10 minutes.
8.)Tasty Bombay biryani is ready.
9.)Serve it with salad and raita.
